Reblooming Double Daylily Siloam Peony Display

Reblooming Double Daylily Siloam Peony Display

Coming across a generous planting of Siloam Peony Display will have some visitors scratching their heads. With a form that's more peony than daylily, this magnificent 6" double rebloomer adds plenty of wow factor to sunlit borders, where its sweet, rosy apricot hue can truly be appreciated. But it also makes quite a statement in feature beds and mixed perennial gardens. Many gardeners like Siloam Peony Display planted alongside darker single midsummer offerings, such as Purple d'Oro. Blooms reliably in July, and again from late August to September. Vigorous and drought tolerant, it attracts beneficial butterflies, too. A great naturalizer! Dormant. #1 plants.

Big and healthy

Submitted 3 years ago

By Allison

From Pensacola, FL

These arrived in such beautiful shape. Large clumps, healthy tips of bright green leaves sprouting. They are taking off really well with minimal effort - in full sun and also in part shade. So excited for the gorgeous blooms.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Great start to planting for fall

Submitted 4 years ago

By Liz

From Midwest

The daylillys came 1st week of October a bit later than I would like for bare roots in my zone 6 midwest location. Normally I would like to see 3rd week of September. They came with the leaves clipped off which is normal for bare root fall planting. I planted them right in the ground and they have leafed out. They should have the minimum 20 days to establish so I expect to see gorgeous daylillys come spring. Should there be problems in spring then there is only the local wildlife to blame.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
