I bought 2 bags of these 6 cannas total, I am starting them indoors in potting mix with a seed starting heat pad beneath. One was a dud, 5 came up and look great! Cannot wait to put them in their giant pots and enjoy them all summer long. The leaves look like they will have the spectacular variegated color.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Q
Can this plant be planted in the ground and left there all year long in Southwest Missouri? What temperatures can they endure through the winter? I saw something like this in Canada so thought it was a year round plant. Please confirm. Thanks
Asked by SKPY
Verified Reply - AngelaThe Variegated Giant Canna Phasion plants are not cold hardy in Missouri. We suggest lifting the plants from the ground and storing in a frost free location for winter. They can be planted again the following spring. These plants are only winter hardy in zones 8 to 10.
