Bold color combination stands out in the garden and indoor displays. Triumph Tulip Princess Irene's fragrant, orange and purple flowers are held on sturdy, 14" stems. Triumph tulips are the result of crossing the long-stemmed Darwin Hybrid tulips with the short-stemmed early tulips. When planted outdoors, their flowering time is in between these two varieties, blooming late April through early May. With their strong stems, large flowers and medium heights, they're excellent for forcing indoors as potted plants for Valentine's Day and Easter. They're also superb for beds or borders.

I planted the bulbs in pots, sunk them into the ground for the winter and brought them up to my second floor deck when they began to grow. The colors were extraordinary in the sunlight, especially as they were the first growth of the new planting season.

Blooms a pictured, short in stature, short bloom time.

Gorgeous blooms, truly does look like the picture. In first year every bulb came up and bloomed! Silver blue-green foliage. Short in stature - best for front of garden border. Short bloom time 1-2 weeks then done. Foliage and seed heads stay healthy looking for a long time afterward. I'll attach photos - no editing, cloudy day. I recommend!

The colors are unusual and beautiful. They came up well for a couple of years but this year only a few bloomed again. Must plant some each year.

These grew great for me. The color was gorgeous, and looked great In arrangements. Had a great base life too. Only negative being that they are a little on the short side. Overall experience for me was positive.

Did not bloom at all

These bulbs did not bloom at all. There was zero growth. Contacted customer service, did not receive a reply. Purchase at your own risk. I loved the color and would of been perfect in our landscape, but nothing happened.
