This was a total loss.

For me this was a large order of root plants. I have ordered for this company before and never had a problem. Roots looked good. Soaked them in water for an hour and planted them on same day received. None of them came up. I planted according to instructions and plants were on a drip irrigation system. This order has been a total loss.

Q
I'm interested in Phlox Eva Cullum. I'm in Minneapolis, MN (zone 4). I'm very confused about what exactly you are selling (a bag of 5) and why I can only receive it in mid/late September. Are you selling seeds, roots, or roots with stem? Is this something I should be planting outside at that time of year? It seems late. Or should I be starting these inside over the winter. I would prefer to plant one time outside in the fall or spring, but your schedule doesn't seem to accommodate.
Asked by Tom
Verified Reply - KimberlyThe Phlox Eva Cullum is shipped as 5 bare roots. It is shipped in the fall for planting at that time. This will give the bare roots to establish a good root system and emerge again in the spring. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Was this answer helpful to you
