Very pretty and super-late blooming

Submitted 11 months ago

By Flower maximalist

From Zone 7a

These bloomed so late (in May, at the same time as my late-blooming tulips), that I'd been getting worried they weren't going to flower, especially since the bulbs had looked a bit small. They're lovely, dainty daffodils with pulled-back petals, and the flowers that are holding up well for a couple weeks so far. They overlap with the allium 'Purple Sensation' and what I believe is the tulip 'Yosemite' for a nice color combination!

These daffodils are very attractive and dainty. I was beginning to think they were not going to bloom because it was late in the season then all of a sudden, they started blooming. It was pretty exciting! It's early; therefore, I do not know how many will bloom.
