We take advanced orders, and as the crops are harvested, our staff of K. van Bourgondien experts makes an on-the-spot selection of the finest bulbs available to fill those reservations.

Perfect iris for damp spots

Intense, vivid purple coloration. Grows near a rainspout where nothing else survived. Likes a damp spot. First Flowered in second year. Prolific blooms in third year. Gorgeous waterfall profile.

I purchased both blueberry pie and tiramisu this spring. Both took well to the edge of a pond, only the blueberry pie has bloomed so far.

Bloomed first year I planted it and the colors are so vibrant! I am not disappointed. I live in zone 6A Indiana and I planted in the ground, requires no maintenance. I will be getting more for sure!

Are the Japanese iris squirrel and rabbit resistant ? I have a terrible problem with squirrels and rabbits eating my bulbs.
