Large, pyramidal panicles of pink florets add a softening effect to perennial borders, mixed cutting gardens or anyplace your clients or customers wish to host beneficial pollinators. Vigorous plants grow well in full sun to part shade and flower from June to August, thriving when many other perennials have begun to fade for the year. With a glorious fragrance and impressive 5-6" blooms, Tall Hardy Phlox has become a garden go-to for those who prize a multisensory effect for their efforts. Makes a great cut flower, too.

How long does it take for the roots to sprout? The roots are very dry and did not have last year's growth on them. I soaked the roots and planted as instructed.
