Dinnerplate Dahlia Advance

Dinnerplate Dahlia Advance

An artistic study in form, size and color, Advance Dinnerplate Dahlia is everything your customers could want in a perennial flower. Massively large blooms grow 10-12" across and are fully double—such an eye-catching sight in summertime. Advance features a soft pastel color palette that includes lush salmon-pink petals with creamy yellow at the tips. Though they may be subtle, the colors really pop against the rich, mid green foliage from midsummer until the first frosty days of fall. Sturdy, thick stems keep the enormous blooms upright in borders, garden beds, even vases. Advance Dinnerplate Dahlia is available in limited quantities, so be sure to get your order in soon.

Plants grew strong. Blooms were all yellow on the 4 plants that grew. They are still nice but just disappointed they were not the correct tubers I ordered.

Did not bloom

By bulbs for northern gardeners

From Amery, WI

Not one of the bulbs grew for us in our garden center, and I wonder if our customers who bought these bulbs also had a poor experience. We still have some of the bulbs and hope maybe this year something will work. We did plant them at varied times hoping for them to bloom.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

So sorry but this one never bloomed. It only got about 18" tall and just stood still. I fed it but the deer damage got the best of it. I'll try next year with better protection.
