Peony Peter Brand

Peony Peter Brand

For a garden display that actually changes color as time goes by, consider a generous planting of this amazing peony. Peter Brand is a sumptuous double variety of deep ruby red that matures to a purplish hue, giving the landscape a cast of cool, calming purple. The lush flowers reach an impressive 6" wide and look great in cut-flower bouquets and fresh floral arrangements. The 34-36" stems are statuesque but strong, so there's no danger of flopping flowers or drooping foliage from late spring to early summer when Peter Brand is in full bloom. Peonies are long-lived plants that can last for generations in the landscape with proper care. Plant in full sun to partial shade in well-drained, deep, fertile soil for best results.

Verified Reply - AngelaThe Peter Brand Peony is suggested for USDA Hardiness Zones 3 to 8. It's likely too hot for it to perform well in your area.
