Asked by Maria
Verified Reply - ViciRanunculus is a cool weather flower and should be planted in the fall in your zone. Most ranunculus are grown as a tender perennial but are only considered perennially hardy in zones 7b - 9. You might check with your local nursery or your local county extension office. French Peony Ranunculus Mix is listed as recommended for zones 7-10. It will ship in the fall when it is the best time to plant them in your zone. Was this answer helpful to you

Asked by Vicki
Verified Reply - AngelaIt looks like you are gardening in USDA Hardiness Zone 7. You will need to lift these bulbs and store in a frost free location for winter. They can be planted again the following spring. You can also just grow them as an annual. You are in an area where Ranunculus may return if your winters are mild. We just can't guarantee it.
