Jumbo Dutch Amaryllis Temptation
A favorite year after year, Jumbo Dutch Amaryllis Temptation features huge white blooms accented with a large crimson heart and decoratively blushed. Whether blooming over the holidays or in mid-winter, it creates a festive display. The up to 8" flowers sit atop tall, 22-24" stems. Our jumbo-sized bulbs will produce three huge stems, each with 4-5 flowers. This stunning amaryllis makes a wonderful holiday gift—and adds plenty of flair to indoor settings. Amaryllis bulbs are a favorite for forcing indoors. Most amaryllis bulbs will bloom about 6-8 weeks after planting. For Christmas blooms, plant the amaryllis bulbs around the end of October to early November; for Thanksgiving blooms, plant the bulbs around the beginning of October. Each order includes instructions and directions for plant care to ensure repeat blooming in successive years.

Monsters! 3 stems on every bulb
UUUH-MAZING amaryllis. I've spent more, but I've never gotten better bulbs or better results. I potted 2 up as Christmas gifts, kept one and It broke my heart when it was time to give them, lol. good news is I heard about them for months, they just kept blooming and blooming. I was never thanked so profusely. My friends 10 year old daughter was so enamored with how fast the stalks grew, she actually started marking its height every Sunday on her door jam where her parents mark her height on special occasions. mine had 3 stalks and they were just stunning. make sure you put them in a HEAVY pot and stake them when they open. they get very top heavy and can either fall over and crack their stems or the whole pot will go over.

Don't dawdle when they arrive, plant right away. They take much longer to bloom 3 to 4 months minimum, but when they do. They are huge, 24 inches tall, 6-8 inches across. Water once a week and be patient, keep in sunny spot. Easy
Amaryllis Temptation

This Amaryllis is currently blooming 3/14/21 and has produced 2 stalks with blooms. The first stalk had 4 blooms and was beautiful and lasted almost 2 weeks. The second stalk has as 2 blooms and they are both at least 9" across, much larger than the stalk with 4 blooms. I pkan to leave it in the pot and carry it over for next season. My only concern is it did not bloom at Christmas as anticipated and now I know to wait until February-March for the blooms.
You should be tempted to try this!
