Picotee Begonias White-Red

White-Red Picotee Begonias brighten shaded walkways, decks and patios with their large, up to 6" across, white flowers that are edged in deep pink-red. The camellia-like double flowers are heavily ruffled and bloom from midsummer to the first frost. Medium green, fleshy leaves with serrated edges provide the perfect backdrop for the flowers. White-Red Picotee Begonias are ideal for hanging baskets, patio containers and window boxes. These deer-resistant flowers are also lovely lining a walkway or in the fronts of shaded perennial beds.

We take advanced orders, and as the crops are harvested, our staff of K. van Bourgondien experts makes an on-the-spot selection of the finest bulbs available to fill those reservations.

I live in zone 8. It says to store on fall. What's the best way to store them

Verified Reply - Kimberly Store begonia tubers individually in paper bags or line them in a single layer atop newspaper. Place these in a cardboard box in a cool, dark, dry location. You should also be overwintering a begonia grown outdoors in containers. Pot-grown begonia plants can be stored in their containers as long as they remain dry.Was this answer helpful to you
