All of them bloomed

Submitted 2 years ago

By Ram

From Seattle

I planted these bulbs last fall in zone 8 and all of them grew and bloomed this spring (see pic). There is fragrance but not the kind that spreads througout the garden. Only two colors (white with yellow center and yellow with orange center) of jonquil were in this mixed bulbs.

I have made several purchases of bulbs from KVB and have been pleased with the quality and performance. I will increase the volume of the fragrant jonquils this year. My initial planting was small, just to test them out and I was pleased with the results. The blooms are smaller that the traditional yellow daffodil so they need their own planting to allow the beauty of these smaller delights to be fully appreciated. The fragrance was pleasing an should be planted where you can be assured of smelling them. The bulbs were of good quality and most were within the size range indicat

I love my jonquils. 98 out of 100 of the bulbs came up and most of them produced beautiful blooms of yellow although 2 appear to be white!! They are still beautiful and fragrant no matter the color, I would highly recommend these flowers. I also ordered 20 verigated Hostas and all of them are doing good. I am very pleased with everything I have purchased and plan to buy more for the fall season..

Incredible

I planted these as a border to my beds and driveway. I have a ring of yellow! I ordered at least a couple hundred of these and I dare say that I think every one of them sprouted and is blooming. Together with the naturalizing daffs I also bought from here, I'm the yellow beacon of my neighborhood.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
