One of our favorite dahlias for cut-flower displays! The 3.5", fully double flowers in violet and dark purple-red hues radiate warmth and charm—and they'll give a room a wonderfully fresh feel. Growing 28" tall, Melissa Annemarijke Dahlia produces loads of amazingly beautiful flowers. The pretty, pinkish-violet petals give a dynamic look to the garden thanks to their eye-catching deep reddish-pink undersides. The combination of the two tones creates a wonderfully vibrant color palette. It's a good choice for the sunny mid border. Like other dahlias, Melissa Annemarijke Dahlia has a long bloom time, blooming from midsummer to frost. It's an easy-care and deer-resistant perennial.

By far my favorite so far
This dahlia is wonderful. I've purchased two times and the tubers are large and healthy. Flowers are prolific and have grown well for me in containers and in the ground. Bi colored petals, brighter than cassis, and the dark foliage is lovely.
Not a huge bloom will hold it's own beside dinnerplate dahli

Prolific blooms
This most attractive, dark leafed dahlia spewed out glorious blooms all summer long. It's enchanting dual colored petals with dark backs and pale tops were stunning. Each plant was robust and the show piece in my dahlia bed.

Will buy them again. I planted them at the sidewalk and drive way. Such a beautiful POP of color even in my vases as I love cut flowers at work. AND... A friend of mine introduced me to these things called "Frog" plan holder which were excellent for supporting the top heavy flowers and/or the real tall one you want to stay erect.

My favorite dahlia bloom
The color of this dahlia is incredibly gorgeous. The blooms and the foliage are unique.
Not like picture
Even though they bloomed nothing like picture (pink n red) they are still pretty (purple n dark purple)

This plant is short yet might in flower production. The blooms are pink with darker pink on reverse. Stems are good for cutting. Beautiful black foliage.Recommended!
