Contrast is key on this gorgeous, light-hued hibiscus. Ballet Slippers features lush, glossy green, maplelike foliage that creates an intriguing backdrop for the lovely, rounded, white blooms edged in a playful shade of light pink. These amazing, 7" hibiscus flowers also feature deep red eyes that add another touch of color to the pale palette. The overall picture is quite striking! It's ideal for adding style and grace to back borders and focal point plantings. Ballet Slippers boasts an extended bloom period, giving gardeners and garden pros plenty of showy flowers to enjoy from midsummer to early fall. Butterflies love it! PPAF

Came well packed and healthy!

Submitted 3 years ago

By Mary

From So ill

I have red dinner plate hibiscus and it does so well every year so I wanted to grow more since I have lots of sunny spaces in the backyard. All 3 ballet slippers are growing and doing good despite this years summer heat, the bugs (they love hibiscus) and the fact that I purchased and planted at the end of spring. They are about 3 feet tall already and are about to bloom.

These are beautiful but hard to find. Thanks for three healthy bare root plants. All arrived well packed. I'm sad to see someone giving low stars because they don't understand what bare root means. Plant and enjoy

Moldy and mushy

Submitted 3 years ago

By Disappointed

From Trumansburg, NY

Received my 3 plants today. All had mold on them and the roots were soft. Planted them anyway and will hope for the best, but not optimistic. Especially see the other reviews with similar issues (and no growth).
