Gladiolus Buggy
This gladiolus radiates warmth and sunshine. Its 3-4" wide white florets are accented with golden yellow centers. Each sturdy stem has 10-12 florets along one side and will create a full and showy floral display. The tall flower spikes also make elegant cut flowers. With their swordlike foliage and flower spikes, gladiolus create dramatic and beautiful garden displays when planted near sunny foundations or other focal points. To enjoy their blooms for several weeks, we recommend planting gladiolus bulbs at two-week intervals from early spring until the end of June. Buggy Gladiolus is an easy-to-grow, deer-resistant perennial.

I had my gladiolus and lilies planted. They both grew nice stems (never bloomed). Then the drought hit. All the plants died, not for lack of water but the high temps. 105-110 every day for about 70 days while I watered... I finally gave up because they were dying. (The glads held on a little longer than the lilies.) I don't think it was a problem with the plants themselves. You axt what happened...
Beautiful blooms the first year!!
This was my first time ordering from KVB and also my first time planting gladiolus, so I wasn't expecting much if anything at all to pop up. I even got a late start planting my bulbs, but sure enough they popped out of the soil in about a week and grew quickly where there was good sun. They're taller than I was expecting, so they're perfect in a border garden or as a filler in front of taller plants. The blooms finally opened this week and they're stunning! They look just as described with yellow centers and creamy white florets on long tall stalks. I've also noticed they attract a ton of my local pollinators :) Overall I'm thrilled with my purchase so far and the gladiolus was the perfect addition to my garden!
