When you're planning a designer-look landscape, the key is adding something unexpected to the mix. That's where Fernleaf Peony comes in! This highly sought-after species peony creates a spectacular, one-of-a-kind display gardeners crave. Brilliant, deep red, fragrant flowers sit among finely incised, ornamental fernlike foliage. Fernleaf Peony is like nothing else on the market today, and is seldom offered at garden centers. Compact plants grow to a diminutive 15" tall, making them the perfect selection for early-summer front borders, but they also look great added to a mixed seasonal bouquet or fresh floral arrangement for indoor enjoyment. Easy to grow; perennializes well.

Beautiful blooms and compact fern foliage is stunning.

By Fritz the flower guy

From Northwest Ohio

Grows well in sandy well drained soil and is blooming well in 3rd year. Is my earliest blooming peony and the color is stunning. Top dressed with some composted manure and has thrived in both a raised sandy bed as well as along a rock wall.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
