Small and dead

Submitted 1 year ago

By Mikmar

From Bedford, PA

Only one rhizome had any life, and we babied it along, it WAS NOT CLEOPATRA. Was given credit for it, to order again. Cleopatra is very difficult to find, been trying for several years and have not had success.

Read The Reviews

I wish that I had never heard of this company. I ordered two packs of these cannas. There were 5 in a pack making 10. Only one of the 10 grew. After reading other reviews on various flowers and bulbs, this sounds more like the norm. Very disappointed.

Dead Dried up Nubs

Submitted 3 years ago

By Turbo16

From Dothan, Alabama

Don't waste your money. When I got these Canna bulbs, they were nothing but dried up nubs that were dead. I planted them and nothing came up. I asked for a refund, and instead got a certificate to either pay for a replacement or to buy something else of equal value. I got some coneflowers instead and they too were dried up and dead, and when planted, nothing came up. I'm a very experienced gardener and know how to garden.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

The Dwarf Canna Cleopatras are beautiful plants, however, they are not Dwarf. It may be something I did, don't know. They are hugh plants, 3 to 4 feet high. Will move them where they have more room.

I've had these before. I cleaned out my garden and gave them to my neighbor. I've had nothing but remorse since then. Cleopatra is absolutely gorgeous. Even the leaves are unusually beautiful. I only just received these. They are healthy, and by the looks, are ready to take off. I also got 2 of these for free. They were smaller, but hey, they grow to be big ones like the others. Can't wait.
