Peony Coral Sunset

Peony Coral Sunset

Aptly named, Coral Sunset Peony features coral-colored flowers with hints of rose. The flowers bloom up to 8" across. Anemone-flowering peony varieties have a different appearance with the same long-flowering performance as the double peonies. A single row of petals frames a fringelike stamen. During spring, they fill the garden with fragrance. long-lasting peony flowers are ideal for cutting. We suggest planting as yard dividers or in small groups in borders.

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!

Like all peonies, these took a while to start blooming ( second season, two blooms, third season five) but it was worth the wait! the catalog photo does not do justice to the beauty of these flowers!!!!! My photos don't either. They lighten as they age, to a delicate pale yellow, blushed w peach. Must see in person to appreciate!
