Did I miss something? Is this an online plant nursery? If so, I would think your company should know there's a limited window of time in which to plant. That said, I'm still waiting on an order I placed in September of last year. Albeit for spring shipping, the clock is ticking. I've now called... 3 times and my order is still being held up for a few items that are on back order(which I totally get, nothing new). The first two calls I just got the run around and then on my third call this morning, in a last ditch effort to get my plants here before it's definitely too late(likely already is), I had to request the back ordered items cancelled myself. The issue I have is not that items are back ordered, but rather, your inability to communicate extreme delays and even offer to ship the other items separably, rightly knowing their time in the peat mossed bags is limited. So now, after 3 calls and well over an hour of my personal time, I think my back ordered items are cancelled so the other plants can ship, but wait....it's not over. I ask what my refund amount will be and I'm told it's a mere quarter. The CR rep goes back to my order and the cancelled items are gone, so she can't even find them to get the correct refund to me. Now I'm told to "wait" for a supervisor to call me. The item is no longer on my order status either so I can't even look up my own refund amount. Far too complicated and really an antiquated way to conduct business. I'm willing to bet that by the time the plants that do ship will either be rotted or never establish because the summer heat will be too much. Then, I'll be back on the phone for yet another refund, when the rest of the plants could have been shipped over a month ago and this situation completely avoided. Unbelievable!!!
