Redeeming Coupons

Catalog/Mailed Offer: To receive your coupon or discount from a catalog or other mailing, enter your promotion code in the field provided at the bottom of your Shopping Cart page, in the coupon code box.

Catalog: Your account and key number can be found to the left of your name and address on the back cover of the catalog and/or at the top of the order form.

Other Mailings: Your account and key number can be found above your name and address on the order form.

Occassionally certain system configurations can cause problems in claiming coupons and discounts. If for any reason you have difficulties redeeming your coupon or discount just note your account number and key number in the comment field during checkout. Our customer service staff will ensure that your discount is applied.

E-mail Promotion: Click on any link in the e-mail promotion and the coupon or discount being offered in that e-mail will automatically be applied to your order. You can also find the offer keycode at the bottom of the e-mail and type it into the coupon code box on the Shopping Cart page of the site.

Note: Each coupon/discount is an exclusive offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one coupon offer per order.
