Daylilies are among the most beloved summertime perennial in the garden. Their penchant for sending up new blooms over a long period combined with the rainbow of colors they come in, makes them the perfect addition to sun-filled borders, mixed flower beds and lovely container gardens. Mildred Mitchell is a new rebloomer to our lineup and we're sure it's a variety you'll be proud to offer your customers or clients. Lovely, 6½" lavender blooms are accented with bright blue eye zones and edging, and a bright green throat. They flower in abundance from early to midsummer, and again in late summer to early fall. They look beautiful surrounded by the evergreen, straplike foliage. Butterflies love these drought-resistant blooms.

A Little Disappointed...

Submitted 2 years ago

By Kathy

From Florida Panhandle

I ordered two sets, 6 plants total. When I received the order, one plant only had two roots and one of the others was really small - not sure if either of these plants will live. The other four plants have many roots and I expect them to do well. Just disappointed that the bare roots were not consistent.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

The more these establish, the better they bloom. The color is so pretty and I'm getting more flowers blooming at the same time which makes for a better showing. Very pretty daylily!
