One of the most popular for planting in pots, Hyacinth Blue Jacket features delightfully bright blue flowers. Growing 8-12" tall, it blooms in early to mid-spring and attracts pollinators. This fragrant hyacinth also adds plenty of charm in the garden. It's ideal for planting in formal beds or scattered in the border between ground covers and perennials or in small clumps in front of evergreens. Hyacinth bulbs are easy to grow and perform best when planted in well-drained soil and in full sun to partial shade. Deer tend to pass it by.

These Hyacinth Blue Jacket were amazingly beautiful and big. The smell was wonderful! I wish I had ordered more. They did not disappoint. Love them. Even though the blooms are spent, the plant is still nice and green. I can't say enough about these Hyacinths.

These grew up about 2 inches, Top of the area where they were planted was just blue little round flowers. Many didn't even come up at all. It was so heartbreaking.

How do I measure the depth to plant a Hyacinth bulb. It says 6 inches. Is 6 measured to the top of the bulb or the bottom?
