Oriental Lily Care and Growing Tips

Growing and maintaining oriental lily plants is fairly easy, given you have a well-prepared site for bulbs and soil with good drainage. For mid to late summer blooms, plant your oriental lily bulbs in soil roughly 6 inches deep and 10 to 12 inches apart. Oriental lily flowers look best when they are planted in clusters of 3 or more bulbs and flourish in full to partial sun and are hardy in zones 3-8.
