We first came across this new series of dahlias while visiting the Verwer Brothers a few years ago in their trial gardens. They were developed for the cut-flower market in Holland because of their extraordinarily strong stems and almost iridescent colors. You will have to see them for yourself to truly see what we are talking about. 5 1/2" flowers.

Stunning Color
A color outside what I am usually drawn to but I loved it. I had it in less than ideal location but it thrived just the same. Grew it specifically for cutting and it did great in the vase. Nice head tilt on it makes it work well in arrangements.

Had a late start getting tubers in the ground but these dahlias didn't seem to mind at all. They are still blooming with night temperatures in the 40's.

I like it best among other Karma varieties.Very long stems. Vibrant colors. Produced tons of flowers. No support needed. Other 2 Karmas light pink and pink one had very short stems.

I live in 98908 Zip Code. I want to order the Carma Dahlia Amora.It is September, and I am wondering if I ordered tubers now it seems like they wouldn't be in the ground very long before i would need to dig them up. Should I wait until Spring to order?
