I ordered this tiger lily 1 x ea. last 2 years. Waited and grew double tiger lily 2 yrs. ago and baby tiger lily light color not color of tiger lily for this review. I got credit and ordered something else. Read fine print they have right to substitute another product. Awful to wait a year to find out you have to move planting cause in wrong place and too short to see. I will not try this company again. Thanks

Renewing old flower beds. Some plantings are successful, some not. Clay soil presents a challenge, I amend whenever planting something new.

Yeah WOW. I didn't get these planted in the fall when I ordered them because I got busy, so I overwintered them in a bucket in the shade. I forgot about them in the spring, finally planted them in June after they were already growing all tangled in the bucket, watered them in. They started blooming around August 1 and haven't quit yet. They are beautiful. I look forward to many more years of tiger lily splendor! I hope they are long-lived.

I am not sure if I ordered 5 or 6 of these bulbs. But only 5 came up and only 4 flowered. The size was a bit diminutive, but that was fine, given where I had planted them. However the color was more of a faded peach than a bright orange. Not quite what I had hoped for, but I can't say it is not as 'promised'. I will fertilize a bit & see what comes up next year.
