Disappointed in the bulbs when they arrived. Not much bigger than a quarter in size. I contacted K.vanBourgondien and they did replace them, but the replacements were the same size as the originals. Didn't get blooms this year.

Merchant Response

A little on the orangy red spectrum

Was looking for a true red glad, something on the blue-red spectrum. These were more of an orange-red. Yeah I know, a bit picky aren't I. Always hard to judge color on the internet. The blooms were gorgeous and long lasting. Added wonderful color to the yard, just not the color I wanted. Will definitely keep them, just relocate to a different part of the yard.

Cheerful.

Submitted 6 years ago

By Elena Y.

From SC

Nice bright cheerful variety, like teenage girl. Did not work as companion for Zizane at all because it is much brighter and kind of orange compare to Zizane. Good by itself and together with white glads. Bulbs were not huge, but healthy, all of them produced flowers. I planted them in bunches, every 2 weeks and they bloomed through all the heat waves during the summer.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
